Leo Portaluppi is the founder, owner, and CEO of P4 Automotive. His career in the automotive industry began at age 18 in a Texas dealership, where he worked his way up through fixed operations. After eleven years with Penske Automotive Group in Houston and seven years as managing partner of a CDJR dealership in Owensboro, Kentucky, Leo was awarded a Chevrolet open point in Columbus, Indiana in 2014.
Under his leadership, P4 Automotive has grown from a single store to a nine-dealership group operating across five Indiana markets with seven OEM franchise brands, plus a Harley-Davidson powersports operation.
Kevin Schwartz is a seasoned financial professional with deep expertise in merger and acquisition initiatives, strategic planning, and dealership accounting. Before joining P4 Automotive, Kevin founded and led his own consulting and accounting firm after beginning his career at a Big Four firm. His advisory work has facilitated multiple partnerships, buyouts, and mergers for dealerships across brands including GM, Stellantis, Nissan, Ford, and Hyundai. He is well-versed in state licensing requirements and has been involved in multiple rooftop setups across several states.
Kevin served in the United States Air Force, holds a record-setting status in track and field at Apollo High School where he is a member of the Hall of Fame, served as President of the Kentucky Society of CPAs, and currently serves as a Member of the Board of Trustees for Brescia College.
